The examination of haemoglobinopathies is carried out by haemoglobin electrophoresis, with which not only A1, A2, F, and S Microbiology confirms infection through microbiological examination or cultures of biological fluids from the site of infection (such as urine, feces, sputum, semen, pleural fluid, ascetic pericardial fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, aspiration fluids, pus, fungi mycoplasma, ureaplasma, chlamydia).
